By accessing or using DYNOBLE services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

DYNOBLE provides firewall, edge networking, DNS, and web hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use DYNOBLE services for unlawful activities, distributing malware, launching attacks against third parties, or violating the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Unused services do not accrue credits.

6. Limitation of Liability

DYNOBLE is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
